For Masala:
Red chillies-6
Coriander seeds-2 tbsp
Peanuts-2 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds-1/4 tsp
Garlic
Procedure:
1. Grind all the masala ingredients
2. Fry onioins and Sorakayi pieces till the sorakayi pieces get soft. Add turmeric powder.
3. Then add the above masala past and fry on low heat till raw flavour is lost.
4. Then add tamarind paste,salt,jaggery. Add some water if needed and boil for sometime.
It tastes good with Rice or Chapathi's.
