Ingredients:
Eggs:4
Onion: 1 medium sized one
Tomatoes-1
Coconut milk-1/2 cup
Corinder pwd-1 tsp
Red chilli pwd-1 to 1 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste
Cardamom-2 pods

Procedure:
1. Boil eggs. Peel them .Give 2 slits on the top and keep them aside
2. Make onion paste. I generally grind it with cardamom. 
3.Make tomato paste seperately
4.Heat oil and fry onion paste along with ginger-garlic paste till all the water evoporates.
5. Then add coriander poweder and red chilli powder and fry for a minute.
6.Then add tomato paste and fry till tomatoes gets mashed.
7.Now add Coconut milk ,salt and let it boil for sometime
8.Finally add eggs and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves
